Best Western Plus Saint Peter

High pricing during peak demand!!! Cleaning frequency complaints need addressing!!! Slippery bathroom flooring creates a safety hazard!!! Inconsistent pool closure hours frustrate guests!!!

The rooms were reasonably spacious and updated with a very comfy bed. We walked everywhere, the location was easy and favourable, in the middle of jackson.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

Room where modern, exceptionally comfortable and absolutely great hotel. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Super-friendly staff on reception and elsewhere.

The Best Western Plus stands out with its modern decor and excellent cleanliness. I loved having two televisions in our room, which came in handy with the kids. The separate freezer door unit was a nice touch for keeping our ice packs cold. Enjoying the pool and hot tub was a highlight of our visit. We faced a long wait during check-in, and the pool was unexpectedly closed one morning when we wanted to use it. Those minor issues didn't overshadow our enjoyable experience.

The modern look and charming decor create an inviting atmosphere. I particularly loved having two televisions in the room, great for family downtime. The variety of hot food available for breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom flooring was quite slippery, which could pose a hazard.

Super quiet for a busy place!

Check-in was easy, and the staff were super friendly. My King Room was really comfy and I loved that I couldn't hear the busy highway outside or any noise from other guests. The snack bar was handy too, perfect for a midnight craving. Just wish the parking could've been a lil' better, it was a bit tight.

Totally recommend for a stopover

Comfy beds, helpful staff, with convenient amenities including 24-hour reception and fitness centre, made our stay enjoyable although the location was initially difficult to navigate and we needed a few trips back and forth to figure it out.

Super friendly staff and super quiet rooms. The laundry facilities were super handy, and I enjoyed the pool area after a long day exploring nearby parks and art centers.

It'd be nice if they streamlined the check-in process a bit more to avoid any confusion.

I stayed for one night and really loved the extended pool hours and comfy King Room, though the bathroom floor was super slippery. I'd return for sure!
